The RezRibbons Standard At RezRibbons, we manage our shipping with the same professional standard we apply to our tailoring. We provide reliable shipping across Canada and to the United States. Every item is inspected, ironed, and packaged with care to ensure it reaches you in top condition.
Processing Times

In-Stock Items: Typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours.

Custom/Sourced Items: Professional construction and sourcing can take 3–4 weeks before shipping.

Tracking: We provide tracking information for all orders once they have been dispatched.
International Shipping (U.S. Orders) RezRibbons ships to the United States. Please be advised that all government-mandated customs fees, duties, or tariffs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. As a Canadian business, we are unable to predict or absorb these international trade costs.

Excellence & Accountability We stand behind the professional quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process for eligible items.
1. Eligibility

Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original professional condition.

Final Sale: Custom-cut items (made to specific measurements), on-sale items, and gift cards are Final Sale and cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed defect in construction.
2. The Process

Contact: Email us with your order number and the reason for the return.

Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or a shipping error was made by our shop.

Security: We require the use of a tracked shipping service for all returns. RezRibbons is not responsible for items lost in transit.
3. Inspection & Refunds

Review: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status.

Approval: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refusal: If an item shows signs of wear, washing, or damage, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer automatic exchanges. To ensure you get the right size or design, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order through the shop.
5. Quality Control & Damage

Departure Quality: Every item leaves our shop clean, professionally ironed, and free from defects.

Courier Damage: RezRibbons is not responsible for damage caused by courier handling. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier whenever possible.
