As a First Nations Artisan beginning our journey to style and create special unique ribbon skirts and shirts for the nations and communities across Canada, we take great care in our shipping methods, packaging, and cost. We aim to provide straightforward information about our shipping policy to build trust and reassure our customers that they can buy from us with confidence.

Our Return & Refund Policy is designed with our customers in mind, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for items that remain undamaged during shipping. We stand confidently behind our commitment to excellence, Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery date, ensuring that you have the opportunity to make the right choice
 

Return & Refund Policy
1. Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Custom orders, On-sale items, and gift cards are final sale, unless defective.

2. Process

- Email us with your order number and reason for return before sending the item back.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- We recommend tracked shipping; we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

3. Inspection & Refunds

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. 
- If an item is damaged or shows wear, we may refuse the return.

4. Exchanges

- We do not offer automatic exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, return the item first (if eligible) and place a new order.

5. Shipping Policy Highlights

- We take care in packaging and dispatching each order.
- Items leave our studio clean and free from defects; damage due to courier handling is not our responsibility, but we will help file a claim if possible.
